Is there a fee to pay?

For ordinary members or job seekers, this service is completely free of charge. Unlike other services in the Internet. There is nothing to pay for job-seekers. There is absolutely no membership fee or service fee that we collect from job-seekers.

Only employers are asked to pay a small fee to help sustain this service, while members or job-seekers do not pay any fee.

There are two basic non-monetary obligations of members: a) always mentioning to employer that job info was obtained from DEVJOBS whenever applying for job, and b) inviting others to join the list.

DEVJOBS is asking members to make voluntary contributions to help support DEVJOBS. But it is purely voluntary on the part of members to give. Please help us.

What basic rules to follow when using DEVJOBS?

There are three simple basic rules that we implement to maintain order:

Rule 1. Write directly to employers. Members or job-seekers who are interested in inquiring about a certain posted position or in applying for it must write directly to the employer or person indicated in the job ad, and not to the DEVJOBS Office, Editor or Moderator.

If you want to send your resume as file attachment, please send it directly to the employer which posted the ad, and not to DEVJOBS Office, Editor or Moderator.

Rule 2. Always mention DEVJOBS whenever you apply for a job with an employer. This is essential to keep the employer aware about this service, and it could lead to more postings from employers.

Rule 3. Invite your friends and colleagues to join our mailing list, because we want to deliberately increase our membership base, to attract more postings fom employers.

These basic rules are needed to minimize confusions, maintain order and increase usefulness.
