1. EUR016 Information Systems Specialist, Angola, Mozambique and Tanzania, 18 mths +b

The ISS shall, under the supervision of the National Director of DNF and MCSOS, initiate activities aiming at creating an integrated and harmonized information system between departements closely related to MCS.

Citizen of EU or ACP State. Technical qualifications in the areas of Information Management and Information Technology, the areas of relational database design and network applications being a pre-requisite. Working knowledge of Portuguese, next to good command of English are requisites. A working knowledge of French will be considered a plus. Five years working experience in developing countries and a track record in the design and implementation of IT-based information within the fisheries sector will be considered an advantage.

2. RWA019 Assistance technique, Sante, 18 mois +b

Le Chef du projet est en charge de la coordination générale du projet, à savoir: - l’organisation générale du projet - les liens et les relations avec les différents ministères et les directions fonctionnelles rwandaises concernées par le projet - le suivi à court, moyen et long terme des actions réalisées - les relations avec les entrepreneurs de construction et les bureaux d’étude rwandais et les consultants missionnés sur le projet - élaboration de documents spécifiques

Formation et expérience en milieu paramédical ou de l’administration sanitaire disposant d’une expérience significative d’au moins 5 ans. Connaissances parfaites de la langue française et bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise.

3. RWA023 Assistant technique: Animateur en santé , 24 mois +b

L’Assistant Technique (AT) du projet travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le Conseiller Technique Principal (CTP) en charge de la coordination générale du projet. L’AT devra assurer l’animation et la formation dans le domaine de la santé auprès des communautés rwandaises.

Paramédical expérimenté dans le domaine des formations dans le domaine de la santé auprès de communautés des PVD. Cinq ans d’expérience pertinente don’t la région des Grands Lacs. Connaissance approfondie du français et de l’ anglais.

4. NAM335 Financial Adviser, Water Authority, Rundu (local Namibian consultants only) +b

The Financial Advisor will be responsible for the following tasks: Training counterpart to maintain the billing system Design and implementation of debtors control system Design and implementation of appropriate interfaces with Engineer’s department Assistance with annual operational and capital budget Assisatnce with design and implementation of tariff policy

The expected duration will be more or less 12 months 9 months full time and then 3 months on a part time basis

The requirement is for a Namibian graduate in economics or public administration with: at least 5 years experience in financial management of which, at least 3 year’s experience with a municipality or consulting to a municipality
