entrepreneurship program coordinator. Making Cents specializes in:

Building the
capacity of trainers and business services providers to deliver effective
entrepreneurship and business skills training to youth and adults through the
provision of, training curricula and trainer of trainer courses based on
experiential methodologies;

Conducting
business development services market demand and supply assessments;
·
Developing
microentrepreneur roadmaps designed to indicate key areas for microenterprise
policy reform and to provide information critical to enterprises wishing to

practitioner workshops using the SEEP Network developed “State of the Art in
BDS.”
Responsibilities of this position include:

Assisting in the
development of an overall youth entrepreneurship marketing strategy;

Preparing
proposals for donors, NGOs and other clients;
·
Grow and maintain
contacts with key institutions and individuals in the youth education and
entrepreneurship field ;
·
Collecting and
promoting best practices in the field. Presenting learnings at US and
international conferences and workshops;
·
Management of
youth oriented contracts.
There is also the possibility of this position
extending to training delivery should the selected candidate possess the
experience and passion for experiential learning methodology training required.
Qualifications:
·
Bachelor’s
degree; Masters degree appreciated
·
At least three
years relevant experience in youth entrepreneurship or education field;
·
Experience
working with USAID funded or other donor projects;
·
Familiarity with
proposal writing and submission process;
·
Ability to work
in a multicultural environment;
·
Experience in
training and understanding of experiential learning methodology;
·
Self-starter with
demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in small teams;
·
Marketing and
presentation skills preferred;
·
Ability to
prioritize tasks and to work with short deadlines;
·
Foreign language
proficiency, Spanish preferred.

Qualifications:
·
Bachelor’s
degree, Masters degree preferred;
·
At least three
years relevant experience as a trainer, or in the youth entrepreneurship or
education field;

Possess a passion
for training;

Strong experience
using adult learning principles and experiential learning methodologies;
·
Experience
working in the training sector in the field of microenterprise and/or the field
of youth entrepreneurship;
·
Ability to work
in a multicultural environment with at least one year overseas experience;
·
Self-starter with
