Job description: The Associate will develop and administer office policies and practices and assist the Chief Financial Officer. This position is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate interested in finance/investment management, microfinance, and/or international development to gain exposure within an industry-leading company.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
• Creating
financial reports
• General
assistance as needed to the CFO

• Bookkeeping:

arranging travel plans

tasks as needed
This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

SARRP Programme Manager - Kabul/Central

The Programme Manager will manage the EC-funded SARRP (Southern Afghanistan Rural Recovery Programme), a 24-month programme aimed at the recovery of rural livelihoods in approximately 100 communities in six districts of Southern Afghanistan. SARRP will be implemented closely with local communities to meet immediate community participation, food security, and household economic needs, while laying the foundation to address longer-term, more complex issues dealing with social change/stability, community action planning, and agricultural and economic development. SARRP will empower communities to prioritise, plan and implement projects that foster civic participation, support and expand rural agricultural development, support the creation of farmers’ organizations and value-added agricultural enterprises, rebuild essential productive infrastructure, create employment and ultimately increase household incomes.
