Summary: The Eastern Congo Stabilization Program is a 30 month multi-year,
multi-million dollar project which will focus on community level stabilization
activities and reintegration activities for ex-combatants and IDPs and will have a substantial grants program element.
Position Summary: The Infrastructure Team Leader will spear-head activities in peace-building and reconciliation though participatory self-help projects in infrastructure repair and improved social infrastructure.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience implementing
international donor funded productive and social infrastructure projects to
support peace and reconciliation in Africa
• Experience working via local
organizations through grant-funded projects preferred
• Professional level fluency in both
French and English
• Swahili proficiency desired

Summary: The Monitoring and Evaluation Team Leader will provide technical
assistance in performance monitoring, program evaluation, information
dissemination and utilization, and capacity building as well as provide
oversight of grant monitoring and financial execution. S/he may provide
training and technical assistance to recipient NGOs.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree and 2-5
years of relevant international development experience
• Experience with performance monitoring
for international development programs, including developing performance
indicators, target setting and monitoring of grantee performance
• Excellent writing skills
• Professional level fluency in both
French and English
• Experience working with the USAID and
other international donor funded projects.
