Position Summary: MSI seeks a motivated International Recruitment Associate to join our DC headquarters office. The Associate will work closely with the Director of Recruitment, Business Development Team, Technical Area Directors and Project Managers to source and select candidates for a wide variety of short and long term positions in countries around the world. This position is within MSI’s fun and hard working Recruitment Department, and based on “The 4th Wave,” our houseboat-office on the DC waterfront.
Responsibilities:
• Support full-cycle recruiting efforts
for a variety of international and headquarters-based technical and project
management positions, including screening CVs, contacting candidates,
scheduling interviews, checking references, etc.
• Participate in the proposal development
process by creating and developing position descriptions, sourcing candidates,
creating key qualifications summaries, editing resumes and developing skills
matrices
• Train new users on MSI’s
recruitment database and make system adjustments as needed;
• Manage MSI’s
job postings/advertisements, and check all outgoing ads and recruitment
materials for errors; handle the Recruitment Department’s invoices;
• Research associations, job boards and
other sources to recruit candidates with hard to find skill sets;
• Represent MSI at job fairs, to
individuals and at conferences as necessary;
• Respond to general recruitment inquiries
about our company and open positions via phone and e-mail;
• Contribute to the development of new methods to improve and streamline recruitment at our growing company.
Qualifications:
• Applicants should be smart, hard working

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and superior professionalism required, as the Associate will serve “the face of the organization” to many applicants and organizations.
• Candidates should have outstanding

description : The position’s primary purpose is to
provide global leadership to WVI’s current portfolio
of AIDS and Health grants from the Global Fund to fight AIDS, TB, & Malaria
(GFATM), and lead its growth. The position will create and lead a strategy that

Responsibility:

Partnership and Resources Mobilizations manager will work with the regional

Resource Mobilization
• Coordinate and facilitate the implementation
of the corporate partnership and resource mobilization policy and procedures as
well as represent WCA in all corporate PRM activities. This will include
support to public relations and communication initiatives to enhance PRM;

director, regional knowledge manager in BASE and PIE, the regional
communications officer and country directors to cultivate and solicit all major
donors, focusing on corporations and foundations, and multilateral and
bilateral organizations, along the sector and chain choices made in WCA. This

appropriate tracking system;
• Draw up resource mobilization plans,
including budgets, with realistic targets and milestones;
• Support country programmes in verifying
a realistic resource mobilization target that enables country directors to
retain an equal balance between the impact areas and maintain a low cost of
advisory or primary process days;
• Make sure that the grant applications
and proposals are made as well as train and support others to do so for
foundations and corporations, as well as multilateral and bilateral
organizations;
• Work closely with the regional director,

country directors to nurture and develop new relationships with key
stakeholders, partners including foundations;
• Develop an effective donor track system
through ongoing market research.
