Responsibility:
The
Partnership and Resources Mobilizations manager will work with the regional

will liaise closely with his/ her peers in the other 4 regions and with
relevant Head Office staff in the

Resource Mobilization
Coordinate and facilitate the
implementation of the corporate partnership and resource mobilization policy
and procedures as well as represent WCA in all corporate PRM activities. This
will include support to public relations and communication initiatives to

director, regional knowledge manager in BASE and PIE, the regional

donors, focusing on corporations and foundations, and multilateral and

Draw up resource mobilization plans,
including budgets, with realistic targets and milestones;
Support country programmes in verifying

Make sure that the grant applications
and proposals are made as well as train and support others to do so for
foundations and corporations, as well as multilateral and bilateral

qualifications : Education/Experience Requirements
Required:
-Bachelor\'s
degree with three years of research experience in economics OR
-
Master\'s degree with one year of research experience in economics
-
Demonstrated experience in working with governmental and non-governmental
organizations (NGOs) on international development and economics issues
-
Experience handling large data sets and knowledge of SAS, STATA and other
econometric packages
