Support
the ICITAP Deputy Program Manager in the implementation of recruitment
objectives, policies. Support the DOJ ICITAP Program Office to fulfill program
human resource management objectives. Perform specific recruitment processing
tasks include: short listing candidate CV’s against job descriptions, updating
vacancy and applicant status within the recruitment procedure, organizing
interviews and producing interview schedules, liaising with applicants to
provide updates on their progress etc. Requires about 40 to
50 hours of work per week.

• Substantive experience in coordinating
recruitment of contractor employees operating in support of DOJ, DOD, DOS or
other Government agencies managing international programs and deploying

The
ICITAP Logistics Manager manages and directs an integrated logistics capability
including planning, procurement, inventory control, warehousing, freight,
transportation, distribution, and end-to-end supply chain management process in
support of ICITAP Task Orders and deployed ICITAP personnel.
The
ICITAP Logistics Manager manages a range of business tasks undertaken to
support the smooth and efficient operation of supply chain processes. Typical
work activities include:
• Planning Logistics support for each Task
Order in active cooperation with the ICITAP Program Office, Field Logistics
Managers, and other ICITAP program stakeholders
• Coordinating the acquisition of all
logistics support resources including material and service support.
• Tracking the movement of logistics
resources and providing timely status reports.
• Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost
and efficiency of the movement and storage of logistics resources from sources
of supply to the user.
• Coordinating and controlling associated
information systems and maintaining FAR compliant systems.
• Analyzing data to monitor performance
and plan improvements and better anticipate demand.
• Managing subcontractors, 3rd party
logistics service providers (vendors, freight forwarders, in-country sponsors,
organic staff resources, and other resources to deliver required logistics
resources to satisfy and sustain ICITAP Program Management support and ICITAP
field support requirements.
Analyzing
and resolving logistical problems and continuously improving logistics support
to lower cost and improve quality. Requires about 40-60 hours
of work per week.
Job
qualifications : General
• Significant experience analyzing
logistics support requirements (e.g., LSA), planning integrated logistics
support, sourcing material and services, contracting for goods and services,
participating in FAR-compliant procurement of logistics support material and
items.
• Significant experience performing supply
chain management supported by integrated logistics support systems.
• Significant experience managing and
sustaining logistical support for OCONUS operating sites
Education
and Experience
• Bachelors in Supply Chain/ Logistics,
Business, Engineering, or other 4 year degree with transferable experience.
• 12 years of comprehensive logistics
experience including substantive experience supporting international
programs.
• Experience with all modes of
international and domestic transportation
• Demonstrated ability to manage and
implement cost saving projects and strategies
• Experience with logistics relevant
Government Regulations (DOT, ITATA, HAZMAT, hazardous waste transportation,
IMO, NAFTA, and Customs).
• Experience accessing and using
Government Websites and complying with export of controlled items; e.g., ITAR,
EAR.
• Experience as a logistician supporting
US Government sponsored international programs is highly desirable.
• A combination of military logistics
experience as a commissioned officer or senior NCO and private sector logistics
experience is highly desirable

Field Operations Manager is located in a particular country who has delegated
responsibility from the Program Manager for assisting in the overall
management, coordination, and monitoring of all work ordered and performed in a

• Manage in-Country programs that may

• Ensure effective, cost-efficient

training, Train-the-Trainer programs, Mentoring and Technology Acquisition and
Implementation.

and assistance in developing host country/region law enforcement institutions;
assist in the war on terrorism; support efforts to develop institutions in
post-conflict reconstruction or international peacekeeping operations
• Develop and sustain cooperative
relationships with local US Government officials and Host Country/Region

qualifications :
• 15-years of progressively responsible
experience in law enforcement, corrections or criminal justice management and
supervision
• 2-years of experience in delivering law
enforcement, development, or related services OCONUS; Must have skills
necessary to form strong partnerships in a diverse culture.
